The traditional dress of Pakistan, the Salwar, Salvar, salwaar kamiz or shalvar are loose trousers with legs that are wide at the top, and narrow at the ankle. Can also be worn with 
churidar style trousers, these are more fitted then a salwar. Kameez is a long shirt or tunic. In Afghanistan and Pakistan, it is mostly worn by women.
